APPLICATION OF PRIVARY FITINGS
Welded fittings are designed to create fixed sealed joints. They are installed:
- in sections of pipelines for which leakage of the working environment ( aggressive and abrasive environments, high pressure and temperature indicators, vibration, shock and other mechanical loads ) is unacceptable;
- in areas where permanent service is not required.
PRIVARY FITINGS FROM THE COMPANY ALFA-STAR
We produce and supply welded stainless steel fittings AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 321.12 ( 08 ) X18N10T, 03X17N14M2T according to DIN and GOST standards in a wide range of sizes at competitive prices. In our assortment:
- stainless collars for docking pipes of different diameters and connecting containers. Used with free flanges. A free flange that does not come into contact with the working environment can be made of cheaper material ( silumina ). Connections with the collar provide almost complete tightness;
- bends creating turns in the pipeline to a given angle, most often by 90 °. We offer 90o electric welded DIN and seamless GOST. Welded are intended for use in less responsible sections of the pipeline, since the weld of the welding reduces their strength;
- transitions steel stainless. Create a smooth and safe transition from one pipe diameter to another. In our assortment are transitions DIN and GOST concentration for docking pipes with matching axes and eccentric for areas with displaced axes;
- welded electric welded DINs and seamless GOST distributing the operating flow;
- steel plugs elliptical DIN and GOST. They create dead end branches of the pipeline, can be used as a bottom of containers. The elliptical configuration provides the correct pressure distribution in the pipeline, which can reach 16 MPa. Allow to withstand hydraulic shock.
